1000 / 147 / 2004 July 6, 2004 The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62, Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey Bangkok 10110 Subject : The Reductions of Capital Registration and Paid-up Capital of BCP Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the resolutions of the 2004 General Shareholders' Meeting, held on April 29, 2004, such meeting has approved the decrease of registered capital and paid-up capital from the registered capital of 1,032,761,220 Baht to 843,143,461 Baht and paid-up capital of 753,040,940 Baht to 563,423,181 Baht by cancellation of 189,617,759 shares held by Siam DR Co., Ltd. These decreased resulted that the number of share held by SiamDR Co., Ltd. would be equal to the number of the "depository receipt for ordinary shares of BCP" issued and offered by SiamDR Co., Ltd. The Company would like to inform that the Company already registered the capital reduction as above resolutions with the Ministry of Commerce on July 6, 2004. Please be informed accordingly.
