These promissory notes approximately total BHT. 3,000 million, aging 1 - 5 years with an interest rate around 4.75 - 6.25%, and would be offered as private placement. Besides, the Company has neither made a prospectus nor a road show as according to the rules and regulations of the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the said promissory notes issuance does not require any prospectus as other securities offering.
