The Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors Approved the appointment of General Tawat Ked - Unkoon to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors replacing Mr. Sommai Phasee. 2. The Appointment of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Approved the appointment of Mr. Somchainuk Engtrakul to be the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. 3. The Appointment of the Audit Committee Approved the appointment of Audit Committees filling in the vacancy and the appointment of the Secretary to the Audit Committee to continue another term.
