1600 / 011 / 2002 March 11 , 2002 The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62, Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey Bangkok 10110 Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : Cancellation of Filing Unreviewed and Unaudited Financial Statements : According to that the Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP) has consistently filed unreviewed and unaudited financial statements following the Stock Exchange of Thailand's guidelines for filing unreviewed and unaudited financial statements which mention as followed : " a listed company which would like to file unreviewed or unaudited financial statements should begin to file for the financial statement ending 31 March 1998 onwards. If the listed company decides to proceed, it shall consistently follow the same practice. " The BCP, nevertheless, would like to inform that the BCP shall cancel to file unreviewed and unaudited financial statements. This enables the BCP to prevent delay in disclosing information to investors. Hence, the BCP shall file merely reviewed (quarterly) and audited (annually) financial statements together with the auditors' report since the period ending March 31, 2002 onwards.
