The Bangchak Petroleum Plc. (BCP) announced that the company has jointly invested with the Crown Property in forming the Monkolchai Pattana Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of Bt3 million. The company holds a 49% stake of the shares. Mongkolchai Pattana Co., Ltd. will be trading consumer products, agricultural products, fuel, handicrafts and workmanship products, etc., which will help support and secure the development, earnings, and trade of agriculturists.
