Bangchak Petroleum Plc (BCP), in a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, said that the company has entered into a joint venture with the Crown Property Bureau to set up Mongkholchai Pattana Co., Ltd with a registered capital of Bt3 million. The two joint venturers will each hold a 49% equity of the total shares.
