- TRANSLATION - No. 1000 / 113 / 2009 July 8, 2009 Subject : Result of the Eighteenth Voluntary Conversion of Depository Receipt for Common Shares of The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP-DR1) on July 8, 2009 Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference : Terms and Conditions of the Depository Receipt for Common Shares of the Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited According to the Terms and conditions of Depository Receipt for Common Shares of The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP-DR1) with respect to the rights of Voluntary Conversion, the BCP-DR1 Holders have the right to wholly or partly convert BCP-DR1 to Common Shares. The Voluntary conversion may be made on quarterly basis on the 5th day of January, April, July, and October each year, of which, the Eighteenth Voluntary Conversion date is July 8, 2009. In addition, the BCP-DR1 holders have to notify the intention for the Eighteenth Voluntary Conversion during June 26, 2009 - July 3, 2009 via Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited, the Agent of the Company for Accepting Exercise of the Conversion of BCP-DR1. The Company would like to inform that on July 8, 2009, there was 51 BCP-DR1 Holders converted 23,356,592 Depository Receipts (BCP-DR1) to 23,356,592 Ordinary Shares (BCP). Therefore, the Company's the Depository Receipts will be decreased from 519,906,055 units to 496,549,463 units. Please be informed accordingly.
