1000/149/2008 July 11, 2008 To: The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62, Ratchadapisek Road Klongtoey Bangkok 10110 Attention: President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Report on the usage of the capital increasing Dear Sirs, Referring to the new ordinary shares that The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP) has offered to PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) and specific investors and/or institutional investors and also offered the subordinated convertible debentures to PTT total amount of 6,578,901,160 Baht for financing in the Product Quality Improvement Project (PQI Project). In addition, BCP has offered warrants to the shareholders amounting 69,092,486 units with an exercise price of 18 Baht per share, which such fund is utilized for the working capital of the company as being informed you previously. BCP would like to inform that we have received capital from newly issued shares and subordinated convertible debentures after deducting the offering fees of 58,564,900.73 Baht and having net amount of 6,520,336,259.27 Baht which was fully utilized to pay for project cost as reporting in Capital Increase Report Form. For warrant, the warrant holders have exercised total 60,000 warrants to 60,000 common shares. BCP has utilized 1,080,000 Baht for the working capital of the company. Please be informed accordingly.
