TRANSLATION No. 1000/125/2007 June 29, 2007 Subject : The Appointment of the Company's Director Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Directors' Meeting of The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited No. 6/2007 held on Friday 29th June 2007 has passed the following resolution: Regarding to the resignation of Ms. Chularat Suteethorn, the Company's director representing the Ministry of Finance, due to the change in the positions of the officials of the Ministry of Finance, which is effective on 1 May 2007. Thus, the Board of Directors' Meeting has passed the resolution to approve the appointment of Mr. Sathit Limpongpan, Deputy Permanent Secretary and Chief of Property Group, Office of Permanent Secretary for Finance, to be the Company's Director filling in the vacancy, which is effective on 29 June 2007 onwards.
