1000/030/2007 January 31, 2007 The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62, Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey Bangkok 10110 Subject : Report on the usage of the capital increasing Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP) has offered the new ordinary shares to PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) and specific investors and/or institutional investors and also offered the subordinated convertible debentures to PTT total amount of 6,578,901,160 Baht for financing in the Product Quality Improvement Project (PQI Project). In addition, the Company has offered warrants to the shareholders amounting 69,092,486 units with an exercise price of 18 Baht per share, which such fund is utilized for the working capital of the company as being informed you previously. The Company would like to inform that the Company has received capital from newly issued shares and subordinated convertible debentures after deducting the offering fees of 58,564,900.73 Baht and having net amount of 6,520,336,259.27 Baht to pay gradually for project cost as reporting in Capital Increase Report Form. As of January 31, 2007, the total project cost was 2,412,627,892.81 Baht and the capital increasing balance was 4,107,708,366.46 Baht. For warrant, the warrant holders exercised total 40,000 warrants to 40,000 common shares (the last exercised was on January 2,2007). The Company has utilized 720,000 Baht for the working capital of the company. Please be informed accordingly.
