Warrant holders can exercise the right at the end of March, June, September, and December every year. The Third exercise date was on January 2, 2007. There was 1 warrant holder, foreign juristic person, converted 15,000 warrants to 15,000 ordinary shares. (The exercise price was Baht 18.00) After such conversion, there were 69,052,486 warrants and the company's paid up capital will be increased from Baht 1,119,096,351 to 1,119,111,351.
