-Translation- 1000/235/2006 October 2, 2006 The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62, Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey Bangkok 10110 Subject : Result of Exercise Warrants to BCP Ordinary shares No.2 (BCP-W1) (October 2, 2006) Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to The Term of Title on The Rights and Duties of Warrants of The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited No. 1/2006, and Terms of Title on The Rights and Duties of Warrant Issuer and Warrant holders, have the right to exercise the warrants (BCP-W1) to ordinary shares (BCP). Warrant holders can exercise their rights every year at the last day of each of the months of March, June, September and December through the term of the warrants. Should such last day of the respective month fall on a holiday of the company, the warrant holders shall exercise their rights on the next working day of the company. The Second exercise date was on October 2, 2006. There was no exercise warrant so there were 69,067,486 warrants and the company's paid up capital will be Baht 1,119,096,351.
