Warrant holders can exercise the right at the end of March, June, September, and December every year. The First exercise date was on June 30, 2006. There was 1 warrant holder, Thai juristic person, converted 25,000 warrants to 25,000 ordinary shares. (The exercise price was Baht 18.00) After such conversion, there were 69,067,486 warrants and the company's paid up capital will be increased from Baht 1,119,071,351 to 1,119,096,351.
