TRANSLATION 1000 / 182 / 2005 September 21, 2005 Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : Information for BCP's topic in the newspaper. Since the newspapers has reported today that the Company has finalized the share offering price to PTT at Baht 14.22 per share. The Company would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has determined the offering price in the range of Baht 14-16 per share as reported to SET on 30th August 2005; however, the final price is not determined yet, it will be subject to many factors such as the results of the Company's due diligence by PTT, and final project costs, etc. In addition, the figure of Baht 14.22 per share is the weighted average of the BCP closing prices in SET for 15 days (i.e. 5 -26 August 2005) prior to the date of Board Meeting (29 August 2005), which the Company only used as reference market price for comparison with the actual offering price in accordance with the notification of the SEC, Kor Jor 13/2543 and other related notification. Therefore, such Baht 14.22 per share figure is not the agreed issuing and offering price to PTT. Please be informed accordingly.
