1000/013/2005 January 20, 2005 The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62, Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey Bangkok 10110 Subject : Annual Turnaround of Plant No. 2 and 3 Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Please be informed that The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited will shut down plant No. 2 and No. 3, which has capacity of 40,000 and 80,000 barrels per day respectively, for annual turnaround. The schedule for the process is as follows: Plant No.2 will be shut down from 28 January 2005 to 8 February 2005 in order to reinstall the repaired equipment in the catalytic reforming unit as the Company reported to SET on September 16, 2004. Plant No.3 will be shut down from 24 January 2005 to 17 February 2005 for regular maintenance In dealing with this situation, the company already procured refined petroleum products from other sources.Therefore,the company has sufficient reserve of oil which would be adequate not only to supply customers but also to meet the legal reserve during this period of annual turnaround.
