SET Resumes Trading of BCP

Stock Exchange of Thailand Resumes Trading of BCP The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) had ordered the trading suspension of the securities of Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP) because the company had requested that the SET temporarily suspend trading on 19 January, 2004. This is due to investors who purchase BCP's share in the SET after 16 January 2004 for the securities swap purpose may not be able to deliver such shares within the Swap period. (Swap ordinary shares to Depository Receipts of benefits of BCP's ordinary shares.) Now, the term is completed as the company had requested. Thus, the SET has resumed trading of BCP from 20 January 2004 onwards.
