LARIFIES FOR Q2/1997 RESULT
The Bangchak Petroleum Plc announced in Q2/1997 its business expansion
still continued with stable growth rate. However, refinery operation was
effected from decreasing oil price so that Q2/1997 income posted Bt9.309 b,
rising 13% from the same period last year, with profit at Bt119 m.
