Subject : The Resignation and appointment of the Company's
Directors
The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP)
board of directors meeting No. 12/2004 held on November 30,
2004 has passed a resolution as following:
Regarding to the resignation of Mr. Boonsak
Chiempricha, the Company's director representing Ministry of
Finance, currently the Comptroller General, with effective
date from November 30, 2004 onwards because there are
changing the position in the Ministry of Finance, the Board of
Directors meeting has passed the resolution to approve the
appointment of Ms. Chularat Suteethorn, the Bureau of the
Macro and International Economic Policy's director, to be the
Company's Director filling in the vacancy, with effective date
from December 1, 2004 onwards.
