SET Resumes Trading of BCP and BCP-DR1
Stock Exchange of Thailand Resumes Trading of BCP and BCP-DR1
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered the trading halt
of Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP) and The Depository
Receipts of Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited No. 1/2004
issued by Siam DR Company Limited ("BCP-DR1") because BCP has submitted
the Board of Director's resolutions to the SET, but did not permit
information to be disseminated to the public through proper channels
Now, the BCP has completely clarified or disclosed the relevant
information, which has been thoroughly disseminated through the
SET's disclosure systems. Thus, the SET has resumed trading of
BCP and BCP-DR1 from 11.15 a.m. of 22 March 2004 onwards.
