SET halts trading of BCP and BCP-DR1
Stock Exchange of Thailand Halts Trading of BCP and BCP-DR1
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered the trading halt
of Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP) because
BCP has submitted the Board of Director's resolutions to the SET,
but did not permit information to be disseminated to the public
through proper channels
Therefore, the SET has temporarily halted trading of the
BCP's securities and Depository Receipts of Bangchak Petroleum
Public Company Limited No. 1/2004 issued by Siam DR
Company Limited ("BCP-DR1") effective from the first trading session
of 22 March 2004 until the firm has clarified or disclosed this information
to the SET and allowed such information to be disseminated to the public.
