Decreasing of The Company's Registered Capital and Par Value (BCP) The Bangchak Petroleum Public Co.,Ltd.(BCP) has informed the SET that it is has completed the legal process required for decreasing of the company's registered capital by reducing the par value of the shares from 10 baht per share to 1 baht per share without any changes in number of shares. As a result, effective from November 21, 2003 onwards,the par value of the "BCP" security in the trading system will be changed from 10 baht to 1 baht.
