The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited Board of directors meeting No. 11/2003 held on September 8, 2003 has agreed that Mr. Narong Boonyassaquan has appropriate qualification and capability to do the benefits to the country. So the meeting has passed the resolutions to approve the withdrawal of Mr. Narong Boonyassaquan, as well as, the appointment of Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira, the Company's Director and Chairman of Financial Restructuring Committee, to be the Company's President (Acting) filling in the vacancy, with effective date from September 9, 2003 onwards.
