The Appointment of the Company's Director Approved the appointment of Mr. Nipon Surapong-rukcharoen to be the Company's Director filling in the vacancy. 2. The Appointment of the Member of the Audit Committee Approved the appointment of Mr. Nipon Surapong-rukcharoen to be the Member of the Audit Committee. 3. The Appointment of the Chairman of the Audit Committee Approved the appointment of Mr. Anusorn Tamajai (a present member of the Audit Committee) to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee filling in the vacancy.
