Subject : Resignation of the Director of BCP :
The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP)
would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that
Mr. Somchainuk Engtrakul has resigned from Director and Vice
Chairman of BCP's Board of Directors together with the Chairman
of the Executive Committee, with effective date from December
20, 2002 onwards.
Please be informed accordingly and BCP will further inform
the SET regarding the appointment of the new director.
