The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP) would like
to additionally inform that the followings are a name list of BCP's
Directors who retired upon the expiration of their terms of office in
the 2002 Annual General Shareholders Meeting held on Thursday,
April 25, 2002 :
1.Mr. Sommai Phasee
2.Mr. Virach Aphimeteethamrong
3.Mr. Chaiyant Poshyanonda
Mr. Chaiyant Poshyanonda filed his resignation letter before
his terms of office's expiration, since March 21, 2002. Besides,
Mr. Sommai Phasee and Mr. Virach Aphimeteethamrong retired upon the
expiration of their terms of office, since April 25, 2002 onwards.
