Regard to the process of preparing the year ended financial statements is more sophisticated than that of the quarter ended financial statements, the Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited would like to inform that the Companys unreviewed financial statements cannot be filed within 30 days following the end of accounting period. However, the Company wishes to file the unreviewed financial statements within February 15, 2000.
