Subject : The Resignation of the Member of the Companys Audit Committee
Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand
According to the Companys Shareholders meeting held on
November 22, 1999, Mr. Sirichai Sakornratanakul was appointed
to be the President of the Company. The Company wishes to
inform that Mr. Sirichai Sakornratanakul had already resigned
from the Companys Audit Committee thereafter.
