The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited has been
notified by the Bangchak Power Company Limited (Bangchak
holds 40% of its stake) that, as for the Bangchak's
shareholder meeting resolution on the liquidation of
the Bangchak Power Company Limited, the Bangchak Power
Company Limited has already filed for the business termination
and been under the process of the liquidation.
