Dear sir, According to the Stock Exchange of Thailands regulations related to rules, conditions and procedures for the reporting of financial status and business operational results of listed companies; a listed company is required to file a Reviewed Financial Statement within 45 days from the end of each quarter. In compliance with the regulations, The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited would like to file, herewith, its Reviewed Financial Statement for the period ending September 30, 1999. In the Third quarter of 1999, the Companys retail market enlargement had continued. The Company's market sales increased by 13.5% as compared with the same period last year. The total revenues and net operating income (before taxes and profit and losses from foreign exchange) were 10,616 and 284 million baht respectively. In 1997, the Company earned losses from the floating of Baht valuation. The Company recorded the taxes benefit according to the accounting standard equal to 1,595 million baht at the end of 1997. As for the effect of the economic condition in the past two years and the unrecovered situation, the Company expected that, in the period of the year 1998 - 2002, the Company will not utilize all of the taxes benefit. Therefore, the Company had written off the taxes benefit equal to 925 million baht in the Third quarter. Finally, the Company reported net losses of 1,440 million baht.
