Dear sir, According to the Stock Exchange of Thailands regulations regarding rules, conditions and procedures for the reporting of financial position and operating results of listed companies; a listed company is required to file an Unreviewed Quarterly Financial Statement within 30 days after the end of each quarter. In compliance with this regulation, The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited would like to file, herewith, its Unreviewed Financial Statement for the period ending June 30, 1999. For the second quarter of 1999, the Company posted the total revenues of 8,456 million baht, the profit before income tax of 391 million baht and the net profit of 351 million baht. The Companys retail market increased 2.5% the same period of last year. In the stabilised economic condition, together with the recovering of refined oil products following the world oil price in the last quarter, the Company has generated higher profit.
