ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR
The Bangchak Pretroleum Plc (BCP), according to resolutions made by
board's meeting held on February 27, 1997, announced that Dr.Aran Tammano,
former Assistant to Ministry of Finance, was appointed to attain company's
executive president succeeding M.R.W. Jatumongkol Sonakul, Assistant to
Ministry of Finance, who had resigned to attain executive president of
New Bangkok Airport Co., Ltd.
Additionally, Cap Suchai Chaowisit, director general to The Treasury
Department, was appointed as director succeeding Mr.Nipat Pukanasut,
director general to The Comptroller-General's department, who had resigned.
