-Translation- 1000/066/2010 April 1, 2010 The Stock Exchange of Thailand 62, Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey Bangkok 10110 Subject : Result of Exercise Warrants to BCP Ordinary shares (BCP-W1) (March 31, 2010) Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to The Term of Title on The Rights and Duties of Warrants of The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited No. 1/2006, and Terms of Title on The Rights and Duties of Warrant Issuer and Warrant holders, have the right to exercise the warrants (BCP-W1) to ordinary shares (BCP). Warrant holders can exercise the right at the end of March, June,September, and December every year. The Sixteenth exercise date was on March 31, 2010. There was no exercise warrant so there were 69,032,486 warrants and the company's paid up capital will be Baht 1,169,829,952. Please be informed accordingly.
