At its meeting No. 2/2010 held on Friday, February 19, 2010, The Board of
Directors of the Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited resolved to appoint
Miss Supa Piyajitti,Director General of State Enterprise Policy Office and
Mr. Krairit Nilkuha, Director General of Department of Alternative Energy
Development and Efficiency, as the directors replacing Mr. Thevan Vichitakul
and Mr. Twarath Sutabutr who has resigned. The resolution is effective as of
February 19, 2010.
