Subject: Notification of the Approval of the Employee Joint Investment Program
(EJIP) of the Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited from Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC)
Attention: President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Referring to the information disclosure of the Bangchak Petroleum Public
Company Limited ("the Company") to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) dated
August 28, 2009 on the Notification of the Employee Joint Investment Program
(EJIP).
The Company would like to notify the approval of EJIP from SEC on October 6,
2009; accordingly, managers of the Company are exempt from reporting the
changes of holding securities in BCP shares given under EJIP in Form 59-2.
