With reference to the 2009 Annual General Meeting of shareholders of The
Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited to be held on Thursday April 9, 2009
at 13.30 hours at the main conference room of the BCP' s Head Office, 210
Sukhumvit 64, Phrakanong, Bangkok, 10260, to consider the agendas has informed.
In distribution of information to assist shareholders to consider the agendas,
the Company has made available on its website http://www.bangchak.co.th, the
text of the letter of invitation to the 2009 Annual General Meeting of
shareholders together with all attachments, from March 6, 2009 onward.
