According to the resolutions of the Board of Directors meeting of the Bangchak
Petroleum Public Company Limited No.9/2008 held on August 29,2008 resolved to
appoint Mr. Chokchai Atsawarangsalit to be the Company Secretary and
responsible as specified by the relevant laws effective from 29th August 2008
onwards.
