The Company hereby would like to inform further details of the rights of the holders of BCP-DR1 that the warrants will also be offered to the holders of BCP-DR1 whose name appears in the shareholder's registration book as of April 20, 2006. The allocation of such warrants will be at the same ratio for BCP shareholders at 10 existing shares/units for 1 warrant.The Offering price is nil / Baht 0.
