TRANSLATION 1000 / 209 / 2005 October 13, 2005 Attention : President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject : Additional Information about the offering price of the BCP's warrant to existing shareholders Since some newspapers has reported today about the offering price of the warrant for subscribing the Company's ordinary shares that will be issued and offered to the existing shareholders of the Company. The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited would like to inform that according to the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting No. 1/2005, the Shareholders approved the issuance and offering of the warrants for subscribing the Company's ordinary shares of not exceeding 85,500,000 units to the existing shareholders at the ratio of 10 existing shares to 1 warrant, the offering price of the warrant shall not exceed 2.50 Baht/ unit and the Exercise price for subscribing the Company's ordinary shares is 18 Baht/ share. The Board of Directors will determine the exact offering price and the issuing amount of warrant and the XR date for receiving the warrant later. The Company will issue and offer such warrant after the Company get the approval of the warrant's issuance and offering from the Securities Exchange Commission Office and knows the final project cost of the Product Quality Improvement Project in November - December 2005.
