Decreasing of the number of "BCP-DR1" The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited has informed the result of the voluntary conversion of Depository Receipt for Common Shares of The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP-DR1) from 16,237,800 Depository Receipts (BCP-DR1) to 16,237,800 Ordinary Shares (BCP). As a result of actions taken, effective from April 11, 2011 onwards, the units of BCP-DR1 in the trading system will be adjusted as stated above. ______________________________________________________________________
