The Board of Directors Meeting of The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited
No. 6/2012 on May 29, 2012 resolved to appoint Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira as
Chairman, replacing Mr. Krairit Nilkuha, who will resign from Chairmanship and
retain the position of the director. The resolution is effective as of May 29,
2012.
