Bangchak First Digital Debentures

This Executive Talk was honored by Ms. Phatpuree Chinkulkitnivat, Senior Executive Vice President, Accounting and Finance to talk with us about company new bond. “Bangchak Digital Debentures” the company’s first Digital debenture via the Krungthai Bank’s Paotang application was successfully attracted large amounts of investors who fully-subscribed the whole THB 3,000 million in 3 minutes and 18 seconds on the first day of subscription day, 18 October 2022. This is reaffirming investor confidence in the company through its capabilities and strong business growth opportunities in sustainable growth.

Bangchak will use the proceeds from the fund raising as working capital to address the volatility of the Thai economy and oil prices, as well as expand investments to maintain a balance between strengthening national energy security, and the transition to clean energy for sustainability for all.”

Bangchak 4-year Digital Debentures are named, unsubordinated, unsecured, and has a Debenture holders' representative, worth THB 3,000 million with an annual interest rate of 3.60%, payable every 6 months, assigned a credit rating of “A-”, stable, by TRIS Rating on 18 August 2022.
